- Blackboard learning management system for your online support, collaboration and discussion including a chat facility
- email your online facilitators who are automatically assigned to you when you enrol in your course
- online facilitators interact with you as you work your way through the course - they answer your questions about the materials and assess and provide feedback on your work.
